Today in class we were playing a rousing game of Electron Configuration Battleship. The students have to fire shots by writing the electron configuration for different atoms. They then call out the name of element and a hit or miss.
Student 1: "Fire" Turning white board to display electron configuration.
Student 2: Looking very intently... " Harassium!!!"
Smack my forehead.
Me: "Well harassium is my favorite thing to do to students."
